Black Bean Brownies

I prefer to think of them as REALLY good protein bars...

1 can (15oz) Black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c Quick oats
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbs Dutch processed cocoa powder
2/3 c Semisweet chocolate chips

In a food processor, blend the oats, beans, oil, and maple syrup until completely smooth. Add salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, and baking powder and blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake @ 350ยบ for 15-20 minutes
